We are looking for a Cleanroom Operator to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and precision. About the Role As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing tools and machine components in a controlled cleanroom environment. You will also support the assembly of precision parts, package products according to strict cleanroom standards, and handle sensitive components with exceptional care and attention to detail. What You Will Do • Clean tools, machine parts, and components in a cleanroom environment • Assemble precision machine components according to specifications • Pack products in compliance with cleanroom and quality standards • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Follow established procedures and quality requirements at all times • Support calibration, inspection, and logistics-related activities when required Your Profile To be successful in this role, you have a strong eye for detail, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently. You are a reliable team player who is flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Experience & Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience • Experience working in a cleanroom environment is preferred • Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken • Basic computer skills, including experience with Windows and standard PC software • Ability to coordinate calibration, inspection, and logistics activities effectively Key Competencies • Attention to detail • Quality-driven approach • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility and proactive attitude • Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
