• Meet clients upon admission and build rapport
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments for various ages
• Assess suitability for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP)
• Collaborate with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and clinical teams
• Coordinate with referral sources to facilitate intake
🎯 Requirements
• Able to work on-site in Bakersfield, CA, Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
• Experience with a wide age range (children to adults) preferred
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
• Independent licensure in a mental health field required
• License preferred; associate-level clinicians welcome to grow toward licensure
