Pay Range: Commensurate with education and experience Benefits Eligible: Yes Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard/Fixed Schedule Travel: Not required Position Introduction: The Clinical Trials Assistant Director- Regulatory provides senior-level administrative leadership for the Stephenson Cancer Center Clinical Trials Office (SCC CTO) regulatory team, overseeing the daily execution of regulatory operations and processes. This role is responsible for managing workflows, monitoring timelines, and tracking the progress of all clinical trials administered by the SCC CTO to ensure alignment with National Cancer Institute (NCI) requirements, institutional priorities, and strategic initiatives. The position places a strong emphasis on people leadership, including staff recruitment, retention, development, and performance management, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and professional growth. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, the Assistant Director collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders while promoting operational excellence and keeping the team informed of industry best practices and evolving regulatory standards. View full job description. Required Education and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in related field. • 60 months management/supervisory experience in a related field. Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 108 months related experience. Required Certifications and Licenses: If a Nurse or Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner will require a license through the State of Oklahoma. Hiring Contingent Upon a Background Check: Yes
