Description
This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global.

 Job Responsibilities:
• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems, including but not limited to split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical components, and replacing filters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration system malfunctions, identifying root causes and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Conduct repairs and component replacements based on diagnostics performed.
• Document all service and repair work accurately and thoroughly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing clear explanations of work performed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills.
• Participate in On-call rotation or emergency service.
Job Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a vocational HVAC program or apprenticeship is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and principles.
• Familiarity with common hand and power tools used in HVAC work.
• Ability to read and interpret basic schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC industry.
