Commercial HVAC Service Technician Location: North Andover, MA Company: New England Total Energy (NETR) Pay: $115,000–$125,000 per year Ready to Take Your Commercial HVAC Career to the Next Level? What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment Service rooftop units (RTUs), walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, display cases, and refrigeration systems Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using wiring diagrams, multimeters, and manufacturer specifications Recover, recycle, and recharge refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations Repair and replace compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves (TXVs), EPR valves, and related components Read blueprints, piping diagrams, and equipment schematics Complete service documentation accurately and communicate findings with customers Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment What We're Looking For 5–7 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience or a 2-year HVAC/R technical degree with relevant field experience EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal required) OSHA 10 Certification Hot Work Certification High school diploma plus completion of a vocational or technical HVAC/R program State or municipal refrigeration/mechanical license where required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience servicing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment Ability to work independently and provide outstanding customer service Why You'll Love Working Here $115,000–$125,000 annual earning potential Year-round, steady work Company vehicle and tools provided Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Ongoing technical training and certification opportunities Career advancement within a growing organization Supportive team that values safety, quality, and professionalism If you're an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician looking for a company that appreciates your expertise and invests in your future, apply today!
