Description
Rinvio is hiring a Commissioning Administrator for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Amarillo, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. Openings: 1 opening. Pay: $52.00 - $72.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope. Schedule: 50 hours/week expected. Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates. What you will do: • Own or support commissioning administration, tracker upkeep, meeting notes, documentation routing, test package organization, issue logs, and closeout record control. • Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls. • Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover. • Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution. • Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly. What we are looking for: • Strong construction administration, documentation, tracking, and communication skills • Able to keep logs, records, and closeout packages accurate in a fast-moving project environment • Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience • Able to work on site in the Amarillo, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule • Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades Rinvio will keep the first conversation direct: role scope, pay, schedule, location expectations, and fit for the project team.
