About the role An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Compliance Associate to join our team at Davy. In the role, the successful candidate will: Support senior compliance staff in the provision of regulatory advice to the business; Support compliance monitoring and reporting across the business. Assist in implementing regulatory change, including ESG regulation. Contribute to compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Leveraging technology to develop meaningful management information, including dashboards, KRI’s and other metrics as appropriate. Assisting with the collation of information for internal and external reporting, including to Committees, Boards and Regulators, working with the wider Compliance Team, including the Head of Compliance, as required. Reviewing business documentation, advertisements, presentations and other marketing material to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Requirements About you We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; Curious and inquiring nature with ability to challenge collective thinking. Strong information technology capability with a high level of competence in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and ideally Power BI.
