Hawk-Eye Innovations is seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to join their Baseball Live Tracking Solutions team in Budapest. You will develop, maintain and evolve production-grade computer vision systems that power elite baseball tracking solutions, working with experienced C++ engineers and sports technology specialists. What You'll Do • Design, develop and maintain software, tools and applications across the Baseball tracking platform • Develop cross-platform C++ applications and visualisation components • Modernise and improve existing software systems • Participate in code reviews, pair programming and agile ceremonies • Support testing, debugging and deployment of new features • Continuously improve the quality, performance and maintainability of software What You Need • Strong experience developing software using modern C++ (C++17 or later) • Good understanding of multithreading, object-oriented programming and performance optimisation • Experience developing software across Windows, Linux or macOS • Experience using Git and modern development environments such as Visual Studio • Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and desire to learn Nice to Have • Qt • OpenGL or other graphics or visualisation libraries • Python • AWS or other cloud technologies • SQL or NoSQL databases • 3D geometry, rendering or visualisation pipelines • Computer vision or image processing experience Ft 1,045,000 – Ft 1,567,500 gross per month; benefits include annual leave per local law, hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in office), SZÉP Card, nursery/kindergarten contributions, annual MOL Bubi Pass, private medical insurance, life and accident insurance, dental clinic discounts, seniority awards, and Employee Assistance Programme
