Job Profile Summary Consultants analyze a client and their needs to which consulting is leveraged to provide vision and value to clients. This role will ensure that Acxiom’s business and data expertise is put forth to demonstrate value in the partnership; utilizing Acxiom or partner(s) services to gain efficiencies. The goal is for 80% of the Consultant’s time to be spent working with clients on billable projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide strategic insights and solution recommendations to clients. • Work with account teams to put forth solutions and strategies to grow accounts. • Accountable for delivering high quality, innovative products and solutions in a timely fashion. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role. QUALIFICATIONS Required • None Preferred • Undergraduate degree with 5-7 years of professional experience (client facing experience preferred). • This role will typically work with 2 or less clients at one time. • Preferred candidates will be creative, independent thinkers with a passion for success, visionary, and confident with clients. • Candidates must have the ability to: • see beyond the immediate need of the client and recommend long-term innovative solutions • work with customers who may be demanding • demonstrate attentiveness to detail by tracking multiple open issues to closure in past work experiences • be a self-starter and work in a self-directed manner • maximize their area of expertise by leveraging a broad view understanding of how it fits within in the work stream • SME in a vertical area • Organizational Skills • Problem Solving Skills • Learning Agility • Persuasion and Negotiation Skills • Group Facilitation Skills Travel % Up to 50% Any reference to years of experience should be disregarded in the UK Additional Locations (if applicable):
