SearchPlus HR is inviting applications from highly qualified Consultant Hematologists holding American Board, UK CCT, or equivalent Western qualifications to join our partner healthcare institutions. This role is suited for experienced professionals committed to providing advanced diagnosis and treatment for patients with blood disorders and hematological conditions. The Consultant Hematologist will be responsible for evaluating patients, diagnosing hematological disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing comprehensive clinical care. Collaboration with oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams is essential to achieving optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose a wide range of hematological disorders and blood diseases. Manage conditions including anemia, bleeding and clotting disorders, leukemia, lymphoma, and other hematological malignancies. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Monitor treatment response and manage complications associated with hematological conditions and therapies. Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care. Provide appropriate management of acute hematological emergencies and complex cases. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established patient safety and quality standards. Stay updated with advancements in hematology, diagnostic techniques, and evidence-based treatment approaches. Requirements Consultant Hematologist with a recognized American Board, UK CCT, or equivalent Western postgraduate qualification in Hematology. Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in Hematology. Proven experience in managing complex hematological disorders and hematological malignancies. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
