SearchPlus HR is inviting applications from highly qualified Consultant Ophthalmologists holding American Board, UK CCT, or equivalent Western qualifications to join our partner healthcare institutions. This role is suited for experienced professionals committed to providing advanced medical and surgical eye care. The Consultant Ophthalmologist will be responsible for assessing patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions, performing ophthalmic procedures, and providing comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and diagnose a wide range of eye conditions and disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Perform appropriate ophthalmic procedures and surgeries, including cataract and other specialized eye surgeries. Manage acute and chronic ophthalmic conditions and provide appropriate medical or surgical treatment. Provide preoperative and postoperative care and monitor patient recovery. Collaborate with optometrists, ophthalmic nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established patient safety and quality standards. Stay updated with advancements in ophthalmology, surgical techniques, and evidence-based treatment approaches. Requirements Consultant Ophthalmologist with a recognized American Board, UK CCT, or equivalent Western postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology. Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in Ophthalmology. Proven experience in diagnosing and managing complex ophthalmic conditions and performing relevant surgical procedures. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, surgical, and patient management skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
