Consultant / Senior Consultant (Contract – 6 months minimum) Location: India (multiple client sites) Contract Type: Fixed-term (6 months minimum, with potential extension) About dss+ dss+ is a leading global operations management consulting firm committed to saving lives and creating a sustainable future. We partner with organisations to transform operations, embed a culture of safety, and drive performance improvements at scale. About the Role We are seeking experienced professionals to support a major client engagement focused on managing safety and operational risks across multiple wind farm sites in India. This is a hands-on, field-based role, where consultants will be deployed directly to client sites to deliver practical improvements in safety, operational performance, and risk management. Key Responsibilities ·       Support the implementation of safety and operational risk management practices at wind farm sites ·       Conduct on-site assessments of health, safety, and operational processes ·       Identify gaps and recommend practical, implementable improvements ·       Work closely with client teams to ensure adoption of safety standards and best practices ·       Monitor and track performance improvements and compliance metrics ·       Contribute to operational excellence initiatives within wind turbine O&M environments Requirements ·       Proven experience working in Wind Farms and Wind Turbine Operations & Maintenance (O&M) ·       Mid-career professionals with relevant industry exposure ·       Background in Health & Safety and/or Operations / Maintenance ·       Strong understanding of risk management practices in industrial environments ·       Ability to work on client sites across different locations and able to work on a contract basis. ·       Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
