Summary/Objective The Contracts Co-op plays a key role in supporting the success of SRA’s pre- and post-sale processes. The position is designed to provide critical support to the Senior Contracts Leads and Contracts Manager to ensure efficiency, quality, and effective execution throughout the contract lifecycle. The Co-op will be responsible for supporting daily responsibilities of the Contracts Team while SRA scales and continues to grow at a rapid pace. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract management, project creation, resource coordination, and client-facing deliverables, while contributing to the operational excellence of SRA’s services. Support Contracts and PSA teams in sales pipeline execution and efficiency Processing executed contracts into applicable platforms with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and internal process Support client onboarding and procurement requirements, including but not limited to vendor forms, portal registration, RFP response and security questionnaire completion Accurate and time-sensitive data entry for confidential financial, client and service data Ensure strong data accuracy in required platforms to provide long-term metrics that drive strategic planning Maintain and update service collateral to support ongoing service growth and innovation Create projects for newly signed deals for billable resource time allocation and management Manage resource status updates for new hires and existing teammates Strong working knowledge and enforcement of SRA operational requirements, including financial, contractual, and strategic governance Design and develop sales and marketing materials, such as client presentation decks Supervisory Responsibility This role will not have any supervisory responsibilities at this time. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment out of SRA’s Philadelphia office. All co-ops are expected to work in the office every day.
