YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER Hostinger is scaling fast - and we need a sharp legal mind to help us do it right. As part of our Legal team, you'll own commercial contracts end-to-end: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements across software, technology, marketing, and vendor deals. But the role goes beyond contracts - you'll also oversee corporate governance and compliance across Hostinger's global subsidiaries, support strategic initiatives like group restructurings, and help build the legal infrastructure that keeps a fast-growing company on solid ground. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY - Own the full contract lifecycle: Draft, review, negotiate, and close a wide range of contracts - software, technology, marketing, intragroup, and vendor agreements - Be a real partner to the business: Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure legally compliant and business-oriented responses to their requests - Contribute to key corporate initiatives: group restructurings, strategic projects - working alongside senior legal leadership and external advisors - Keep corporate governance on track: board resolutions, meeting minutes, shareholder meetings, and regulatory filings for Hostinger's subsidiaries - Support international entity management: help set up and maintain subsidiaries with the right corporate structure and local compliance in place - Stay on top of corporate compliance: support auditors' requests and KYC processes, and monitor regulatory changes relevant to corporate and entity matters - Build legal infrastructure that scales: develop and maintain templates, playbooks, contract management systems, and a knowledge base that help fast-growing teams move with confidence - AI & legal tech: use AI tools and legal tech as part of your day-to-day work, and proactively identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or improve legal processes YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 3–5 years of legal experience post-graduation - Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts - Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters - Ability to translate dense legalese into clear, actionable guidance that business teams actually understand - and you thrive when the path forward is ambiguous - Strong legal risk assessment skills - keeping an eye on the bigger picture while staying detail-oriented - Naturally curious and self-directed - when you hit an unfamiliar issue, you dig in rather than wait for answers - Organized, pragmatic, and a strong communicator; you've operated in fast-moving environments and know how to juggle pri
