A growing nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its day-to-day accounting operations and help drive financial excellence across the organization. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams, improving processes, and partnering with executive leadership to support a meaningful mission.   Overview   Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and the monthly close process while leading a team of accounting professionals.
