The Ticket Sales Coordinator will support various Sales departments including Premium Sales, Business Development, Group Sales, Inside Sales, and Concerts & Events. This role will assist in developing and executing initiatives to support the department's goals by managing workflows, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting data review, lead lists, and prospect pipelines. In addition to core coordinator duties, this role will play a key part in strengthening the department's data and reporting capabilities, partnering closely with the Business Intelligence Team to translate raw sales data into actionable insight. The Ticket Sales Coordinator also executes game night initiatives for Group Sales including event setup and fan experiences. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, proactive problem solver, comfortable working with data, and a positive, collaborative team player.
