The  Corporate Recruiter,  reporting to the Director of Recruiting, is responsible for supporting the recruitment function across an assigned region of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and its subsidiaries by proactively identifying candidates and creating a pipeline of talent to improve quality of hire and time to fill. This position is also responsible for coordinating the recruiting efforts between Regional Directors, Regional Managers, Store Managers, various other Hiring Managers and the Human Resources Department. Primary Responsibilities   include (but are not limited to): • Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates (w/ priority at the MIT, Service Manager/Advisor, and Certified Technician level) while maintaining a higher total store count/requisition load • Effectively influence passive job seekers to pursue opportunities within EOC & TE • Maintain the established recruiting requirements by reviewing store positions, plans and objectives to be discussed on a weekly basis with Director of Recruiting • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicant to site visits (when necessary) • Assist in creation and execution of open house/hiring events, at times assisting with other market events for the team • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers • Work with Human Resources department and assist in the coordination of the on boarding process for new hires • Cultivate candidate touchpoints from application to hire • Communicate with hiring managers and partners of progress and escalate issues as needed • Share market information and educate managers on current recruitment challenges/conditions • Perform additional duties as assigned We are looking for: • Experience with all phases of the recruitment life-cycle • Experience/ability to manage the recruitment process from initial request, to working with the business to develop a staffing strategy, to final candidate selection and on-boarding • Must be self-disciplined, structured, possess effective communication skills and follow-up • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage several openings • Results driven and highly motivated • Previous experience working within an ATS • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Up to 30% travel within assigned region All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
