Description

• Schedule online meetings to discover and understand the goals of students and parents

• Communicate and follow up with parents via calls / online messaging apps

• Present, inform, and sell programs and how they meet our clients’ needs

• Answer potential clients' questions and sharing additional information needed

• Handle any objections to close sales and achieve sales targets

• Report customer feedback to the corresponding department

• Coordinate and schedule/reschedule an online meeting with global teams and customers

• Support management on any other sales-related tasks to improve team goals
