Crew Recruitment Officer Tasks Tasks shall include but not be limited to:  Identifying vacant positions in assistance with the Planning team  Sourcing new candidates as per HSQEEn.  Screening CV’s in consultation with the concerned stakeholders.  Arranging MINTRA test by sending the link on email.  Authenticating documents prior to the interview.  Scheduling interview with the concerned personnel (Marine/Technical)  Conducting preliminary documents & certificates check with the standards laid down by the company.  Identifying the Training needs & updating the planning team of any training requirement & documentation to comply with statutory requirements.  Updating Advertisements on regular intervals.  Arranging Travel & accommodation for the Senior officers & ETO’s  Use of company’s applicant tracking system. Report to Team Lead- Recruitment Substitute Crew Recruitment Officer (Alternate) Minimum Experience Minimum experience of 5 years in recruiting Seafarers for Gas/ Chemical/ Oil Vessels.
