As a CRM Administrator based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for: • Managing users, permissions, security settings, and overall system access while maintaining high data quality and performance • Owning Salesforce configuration, automation, releases, testing, deployments, and ongoing updates • Supporting the business with day‑to‑day troubleshooting, user training, reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights • Partnering with the CRM Manager and wider stakeholders to gather requirements, shape new projects, and drive effective system adoption • Ensuring Salesforce aligns with IT governance standards, backed by clear documentation and continuous system enhancements And here’s what we’d like you to have: • Proven CRM experience specifically with configuration, automation and testing. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. • A collaborative, customer‑focused mindset with clear, engaging communication skills.
