Your Day-to-Day • Lead the design, review, and continuous improvement of preschool curriculum, including lesson plans, teacher manuals, assessments, worksheets, and classroom resources. • Manage curriculum development timelines and supervise Curriculum Designers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of academic materials. • Conduct quality control to ensure curriculum content is accurate, engaging, practical, and aligned with Sparks' academic framework and developmental milestones. • Collaborate with Academic Operations and Academic Excellence to gather implementation feedback, improve curriculum effectiveness, and support teacher training. • Analyze student learning outcomes, teacher feedback, and classroom observations to drive curriculum enhancements and learning efficacy. • Support new school openings, trial classes, parent engagement initiatives, and other academic programs by developing relevant educational content. • Maintain curriculum documentation, version control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent implementation across all branches. Who We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, English Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in preschool curriculum development , academic content creation, teaching, or other early childhood education roles. • Strong understanding of child development, developmental milestones, play-based learning, SEL, literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based learning. • Proven experience developing structured curriculum materials such as lesson plans, teacher guides, assessments, worksheets, and academic programs. • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities. • Excellent written English and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, teacher-friendly instructional materials. • Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience in multi-branch education businesses is a plus.
