Job Title Customer – Master Data Management (MDM) Lead Location(s) Pune Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Own Customer Master lifecycle including onboarding, hierarchy management, enrichment, and deactivation • Lead Customer MDM operations, SLA/KPI management, and backlog prioritization • Improve SAP ↔ Salesforce customer data flows and re‑implement push‑to‑SAP processes • Enable bulk account creation and standard onboarding workflows • Establish data governance policies, stewardship model, and approval workflows • Drive data quality dashboards and remediation initiatives • Partner with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations • Coordinate MSP delivery and internal resources for execution • Basic Qualifications Required Qualifications & Experience • 6–10 years experience in Customer MDM / CRM data governance • Strong exposure to SAP Business Partner, Salesforce Account model, EBX or similar • Experience managing hierarchies, data quality, and global customer onboarding • Strong business partnering and leadership capability Preferred Characteristics • Deep functional and technical understanding of MDM for large & complex organization • Effective stakeholder and vendor management • Continuous improvement mindset and strong sense of ownership. • Along with managing day-to-day operational needs, be able to improve short-to-long term • Strong communicator who can simplify complex technical topics for business audiences and lead discussions across functions.
