We’re scaling fast and would love for you to join us and grow alongside us 🚀 SUMMARY In this role, you're the link between what the market needs and what we build – working closely with Sales to win deals and with Engineering to make sure every customer insight shapes our roadmap. WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE - You lead in-depth technical discovery sessions to understand enterprise customers' IT landscapes, deployment workflows, and security requirements. - You translate customer needs into scalable, effective architecture proposals that bring the value of Codesphere to life. - You build tailored demos, showcases, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate technical feasibility and the superiority of our solution. - You present complex topics confidently to diverse audiences – from individual developers to C-level executives. - You gather technical insights from the market and help continuously sharpen our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT - You have hands-on experience in roles such as Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, DevOps, or Platform Engineering. - You hold a degree in a relevant field or bring equivalent experience. - You bring deep knowledge of modern development workflows (CI/CD), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure. - You can quickly grasp complex problems and translate them into clear, scalable architecture concepts. - You communicate technical concepts effectively to any audience and are confident presenting to both technical and business stakeholders. - You're comfortable navigating complex enterprise environments and working with a wide range of stakeholders. - You enjoy close collaboration across Sales, Engineering, and Product to drive customer success together.
