Description
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Genspark, you'll own the post-sales relationship end to end, making sure the customer sees real, measurable business outcomes from day one. This is a hands-on role: you'll lead deployments, build joint success plans, run EBRs, and be the person customers call when they need a trusted advisor who understands both their business and the platform.
You'll report to the Head of Customer Success and work daily with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Product — sitting at the intersection of revenue, adoption, and long-term customer health.
At a company growing from $0 to $250M+ ARR in 12 months with 6,000+ enterprise clients globally, this isn't a maintenance role. You have the opportunity to directly impact the company's playbook from the very beginning.
What You'll Do
Customer Deployment & Onboarding:
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact from signed contract through go-live and beyond
- Lead new customer deployments end to end — including hands-on guidance for SSO setup, connector configuration, and platform onboarding
- Own clarity on expectations, timeline, and deliverables for all stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Develop and execute tailored onboarding plans; facilitate cross-functional collaboration across sales, solutions engineering, support, and product
Customer Success & Expansion:
- Build and execute joint success plans and EBRs that drive adoption, deepen engagement, and tie platform usage to measurable business outcomes
- Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, and satisfaction signals — proactively identifying risks and driving resolution before they escalate
- Partner with Account Executives on renewal and expansion conversations, bringing customer context and success data to the table
- Guide customers on Genspark best practices, new features, and emerging use cases relevant to their business
Internal Contribution:
- Document and improve onboarding processes, playbooks, and best practices as the CS motion scales
- Provide actionable product feedback from the field to influence roadmap and support quality
- Contribute to internal initiatives that raise the bar on how we deliver customer value at scale
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success, implementation management, or technical account management for enterprise SaaS customers
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements from kickoff through renewal
- Strong project management and organizational skills — you can run multiple deployments simultaneously without dropping threads
- Excellent communication and executive presence — comfortable leading EBRs with C-suite and diving into the details with administrators the same week
- Solutions-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity; you thrive in fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written
- Experience with SSO, identity providers (Entra ID, Okta, Google), and enterprise connector/integration workflows is a plus
- Background in AI, productivity, or knowledge work SaaS is a plus
