Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors. What You'll Do - Be a Customer Champion: Address customer issues quickly and effectively, offering tailored solutions within tight deadlines. Consistent follow-up is essential to ensure lasting resolutions. - Problem-solve: Tackle customer challenges by working closely with the team, and proactively suggest product improvements to reduce operational workload. - Drive results: Go beyond defined responsibilities and priorities—our culture is built on doing whatever it takes to succeed. What You'll Do - Fluency in English and Spanish verbal and written - At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support - Problem Solving skills, being capable of breaking down a problem into sub components to find the root cause and optimal solution - Eager to work hard and go the extra mile to make our customers happy - Empathy - being able to interpret user’s concerns and help them in getting the best experience possible - Resourcefulness, with attention to detail and due diligence - Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answer
