Key responsibilities include: Engaging with customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat, to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Building strong customer relationships through effective communication and attentive listening. Conducting thorough policy reviews to ensure customers have the right coverage and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling. Assisting customers with policy amendments, renewals, and claims, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to provide customers with the most relevant and valuable information. Collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
