Responsibilities Provide effective support to Danish-speaking business clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with inquiries related to business services, account management, and operational support. Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality assurance. Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex inquiries and improve overall service delivery. Stay informed about the company's services and products to offer relevant assistance to clients. Engage in continuous training and development to enhance skills and service effectiveness. Requirements Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in a customer support role, preferably within a business or corporate environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationships. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work well under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills are essential.
