This position is perfect for individuals with strong customer service skills who are fluent in Danish and committed to providing outstanding support to our partners. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality support to Danish-speaking partners through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. Address partner inquiries and efficiently resolve any service-related issues that arise. Provide insights on product features and assist partners in leveraging our services to their benefit. Keep accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop effective resolutions. Engage in proactive follow-ups with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction levels are met. Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to continually improve our support services. Requirements Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with IT systems. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing exceptional customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Experience with CRM systems and support tools is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
