As Data Development Team Lead, you manage and grow a team of data developers supporting video game production and operations. You drive clear roadmap planning, ensure timely project delivery, and optimize team efforts to meet evolving production needs, balancing technical execution with operational priorities. Beyond delivery, you foster strong collaboration within the team and across departments, elevate data development practices, and promote efficient, reliable solutions. Through solid project management and a culture of continuous improvement, you enable data systems that directly support game operations and contribute to the long‑term success of the studio.
