Our client is a rapidly expanding international group active with operations across multiple countries. Backed by strong private equity investors, the organization has experienced significant growth in recent years and is building a scalable, data-driven platform to support its continued international expansion. Jobomschrijving Own and manage finance-related data systems and data flows across multiple platforms Ensure data integrity, reliability, and consistency across ERP and connected systems Support system integrations, including during acquisitions and business expansions Contribute to ERP enhancements and optimisation initiatives Work closely with Finance and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Develop and maintain data models supporting reporting and analytics Support automation initiatives and data governance improvements Provide support and training to internal users when needed Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (data, systems, ERP, or finance systems environment) Strong technical skills (e.g. SQL, data modelling, system integration) Solid understanding of finance processes and ERP systems Experience working in cross-functional environments (Finance / IT / Data) Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented profile Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluent in English and french or Dutch
