Job Description Supports enterprise data transformation initiatives by coordinating project governance, portfolio reporting, organizational change activities, executive reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Acts as the operational backbone of the Data Transformation Office. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Portfolio Operations: Update portfolio dashboards, m aintain RAID logs, m onitor milestones, c oordinate governance meetings. • Transformation Support: Support OGSM cascade, track transformation metrics, coordinate workshops. • Organizational Change: Develop communications, Support training, Monitor adoption metrics, Maintain stakeholder registers. • Reporting & Analytics : Produce portfolio reports, maintain executive dashboards, analyze delivery performance, identify risks.
