About Us: Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited (“Huatai International” or “the Company”), is the only overseas wholly-owned or controlled subsidiary of Huatai Securities. Huatai International operates as a holding company for consolidating all of the group’s cross-border businesses and companies under one umbrella, offering a truly unified and international business platform. In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain high-profile relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand business channels. To perform offshore bond and structured finance business development • Co-work with with Huatai United and Huatai Securities' overseas investment banking on business development • Closely liaise with domestic regulators, including CSRC, NDRC and SAFE • Conduct necessary research and analytical works in preparing marketing materials. e.g. pitch books and proposals • Perform work-related duties as assigned • To assist in deal execution • To monitor issuance of new bond and new regulations of debt capital markets • To prepare weekly reports for internal and external clients • To provide support on any compliance and internal audit matters • To provide support to Rating Advisory and Syndicate desk when required • Other jobs assigned by head of DCM Requirements: • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field • An outstanding academic record, strong quantitative and technical abilities • At least 8 years of relevant experience • Strong interest in the capital market • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use • Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong accountability and responsibility, being able to work under great work pressure • Analytical mindset with attention to details • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin\ LI-DNI
