Please let me know your interest as soon as possible along with your updated CV and below mentioned details so that I can process your resume to my client NIIT Technologies .It would be great if you could refer your friends or colleagues who are looking for similar kind of roles. please fill in the details And send it me ASAP: Availability/Notice period: Current Location: Total Experience: Years of Relevant Skill Experience: Current salary: Expected Pay rate: Current salary: Nationality/Visa: Willing to work in London, England (Yes/No): ________________________________________ Job Description: Role                      : Delivery Manager Location               :  London, England Job type               :  Permanent Client                    : NIIT Technologies Job Description •         Functional expertise in either Application Management Services (AMS) or Infrastructure Management (IM). •         Must have successfully handled a Managed Services contract with defined SLAs and risk/reward clauses, as SDM or SDH. •         Knowledge of Service Delivery tools and dashboards for a single or multiple service lines. •         At least 3 years of work experience in the UK geography. •         In depth understanding of the Onsite/Offshore delivery model. •         Good spoken and written communication skills. •         Prior experience of managing multiple service lines for the same customer (Applications and Infrastructure Services, or Applications and Business processes). •         Transition experience as a Transition Manager or Service Delivery Manager or Service Delivery Head. •         Ability to work in a matrix-ed organization structure (across the boundaries of organizational units). •         If not personal experience, at least the knowledge of basic TUPE regulations. •         At least one work stint for a General Insurer or Life & Pensions provider (can compromise on this for exceptional candidates). •         Willing to travel to India as per work needs, could be up to 10 to 15% of the time, though likely to be lower. Desirable •         Experience or ability to handle sub contracted service providers on a main contract. •         Understanding of Regulatory and Compliance requirements in the UK General Insurance or Lloyds Insurance market. •         Hands on TUPE experience. •         Ability to optimize service delivery across Applications and Infrastructure services. •         Anticipated work experience is 14 to 18 years, but flexible on this account.
