We're looking for a Casual Dental Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy variety, want flexible hours without evening or weekend work, and like being part of a hands-on clinical team, this could be a great fit. Job Description Your responsibilities will include: • Providing chairside assistance during dental procedures • Preparing treatment rooms and instruments ahead of appointments • Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment • Helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed • Maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment in line with infection control and safety protocols Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will: • Have a glowing personality and a can-do attitude that lights up a room • Bring genuine warmth and a steady, reassuring presence for patients who might be nervous • Be eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with enthusiasm • Have strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset • Hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting, or previous experience (advantageous but not essential) Additional Information Why join Maven Dental Hervey Bay?
