As our Dental Assistant / Receptionist , you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. From assisting chairside during dental procedures to welcoming patients and coordinating appointments, you'll help deliver outstanding care at every touchpoint. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures. • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards. • Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for clinical use. • Greeting patients with a warm, professional, and caring approach. • Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing patient records. • Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person. • Supporting the team to ensure the practice operates efficiently each day. • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with the confidence to contribute from day one • A positive, hardworking attitude and a genuine passion for dental care • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality • A commitment to professional development and learning • Applicants must have/obtain a valid  Working with Children Check  (WWCC info  click here ) If you're looking for a role where you can grow your career, be part of a supportive team, and make a real difference in your local community, we'd love to hear from you.
