Fanning, DDS , practice a full scope of cosmetic and family dentistry with expertise ranging from  porcelain veneers ,  dental implants ,  crowns ,  bridges  and removable dentures. We have proudly provided over 35 years of excellent patient care to our patients from Brunswick and Horry County. Our practice offers comprehensive dentistry in a friendly and comfortable setting.
