Treatment Coordinator $25–$35/hour + Bonus Opportunities | Monday–Friday | No Weekends Our brand-new state of the art dental practice is looking for a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator . What You’ll Do In this role, you will help ensure patients have a smooth and positive experience while supporting the growth of the practice. Responsibilities include: Presenting treatment plans and guiding patients through recommended care Coordinating patient consultations and scheduling treatment appointments Supporting case acceptance through clear and compassionate communication Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation Working closely with the doctor and team to deliver an excellent patient experience What We’re Looking For Experience in dental treatment coordination Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing treatment plans, financial options, and patient scheduling Organized, adaptable, and motivated to help build and improve systems Positive, team-oriented mindset with a patient-focused approach Someone who enjoys growing with a practice and contributing to long-term success Schedule Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends Compensation & Benefits $25–$35 per hour , based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities with strong earning potential Paid time off, including vacation and sick days Dental care benefits through the practice Supportive, team-oriented environment with room for career growth #IND2 Requirements Requirements - 1-3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator - Strong sales skills/personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Offering $25-$35 per hour; great bonuses Paid time off, including sick days and vacation Dental for you and your whole immediate family through the office.
