Experience & Qualification Requirements -20+ years of senior corporate finance leadership in heavy engineering, power, rail, or infrastructure. -Track Record in Deals: Proven background in M&A, restructuring, capital markets, and post-acquisition integration. -Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in MFRS 15 contract accounting, treasury, statutory reporting, and tax. -Executive Presence: Strong track record presenting to boards, institutional investors, and regulators. -Professional Credentials: Professional accounting qualification required (CPA, CFA, or equivalent). Nice to Have / Bonus -Direct experience managing joint-venture accounting for regional ASEAN infrastructure projects.
