Join Morgan Stanley’s Finance Division in Budapest and take on a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of Regulatory Capital, Risk Analytics, Stress Testing, and Finance Transformation . As a Derivatives Credit Risk Analytics Lead, you will act as a subject matter expert for derivatives credit RWA calculations and reporting, helping strengthen governance, controls, and data-driven decision-making across a global platform. What you'll do in the role: • Serve as a subject matter expert for SA-CCR RWA calculations and derivatives counterparty credit risk, including governance, controls, and oversight. • Analyze derivative portfolios to explain key movements in counterparty credit exposure, RWA, and capital consumption. • Support Basel III Endgame initiatives, including SA-CCR and BA-CVA calculations and impact analysis for derivatives portfolios. • Provide senior stakeholders and Business Units with data-driven insights on capital usage, portfolio trends, and risk-adjusted business decisions. • Oversee regulatory capital reporting for daily monitoring, external reporting, internal management reporting, and Business Unit reporting. • Support CCAR and Quarterly Stress Testing forecasting for derivatives, including scenario analysis, forecasting, and engagement with Model Risk Management. • Partner with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Policy, Technology, Data, and Business teams to improve CCR analytics, data quality, and reporting infrastructure. • Drive enhancements to controls, governance, automation, and process design to increase transparency and efficiency. • Support regulatory, audit, and internal review requests with robust analysis, clear documentation, and strong control evidence. What you'll bring to the role: • 10+ years of experience ideally with strong exposure to regulatory capital, counterparty credit risk, derivatives risk, market risk, stress testing, capital analytics, or finance control. • Solid understanding of Basel capital frameworks and derivatives products, ideally including SA-CCR, BA-CVA, FRTB, or CCAR. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex risk and regulatory topics into clear business insights. • Experience working with large datasets, capital calculations, controls, reporting processes, or model governance activities. • Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Technology, Model Risk, and Business teams. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse audiences. • A continuous improvement mindset, with a keen interest in automation, data quality, and scalable process design. • Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, VBA, Excel, Bloomberg, Python, or AI-enabled analytics is an advantage. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
