About the Role Foundation Health is seeking a licensed Dermatologist to join our growing medical practice in Etobicoke. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dermatologic care to a diverse patient population of dermatology services, depending on the physician’s scope of practice and interests. Key Responsibilities • Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including inflammatory skin disorders, infections, pigmentary disorders, and skin cancers • Perform in-office dermatologic procedures (e.g., biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, minor surgeries) • Provide follow-up care and ongoing management for chronic skin conditions • Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists through consults and referrals • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation in accordance with CPSO and clinic policies • Participate in quality improvement, education, and patient safety initiatives as required Qualifications • MD degree from an accredited medical school • Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) certification in Dermatology • License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) • CMPA membership • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Practice & Support • Flexible scheduling options • Established referral base (primary care and specialist referrals) • Reception, Clinical Assistants, EMR system and billing support provided Why Join Foundation Health • Collaborative, patient-centered practice environment • Administrative and operational support allowing focus on clinical care • Opportunities for professional growth and practice development
