DeepJudge is a Switzerland-based AI and legal tech scale-up building enterprise search and AI infrastructure for law firms. This DevOps Engineer role involves managing cloud and on-premise deployments, collaborating with customers on technical requirements, executing implementation projects, and providing technical support throughout the customer lifecycle. What You'll Do • Manage complex cloud and on-premise deployments, including setup and optimization of new and existing systems • Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and implement solutions in partnership with the engineering team • Plan, coordinate, and execute implementation project plans from initiation through completion while meeting timelines and customer expectations • Provide technical support during the sales process, including responding to technical queries and assisting with security questionnaires • Create and maintain technical documentation such as product manuals, FAQs, and integration guides What You Need • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation role, preferably in enterprise software, legal technology, search, document management, or AI sectors • Understanding of Linux system administration, Kubernetes deployments, database administration, and/or software engineering • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or Java • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build customer relationships and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Competitive salary and equity package
