Oddball is a software company working on federal programs that positively impact millions of Americans. This DevOps Engineer role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and AWS environments for a pivotal federal program. What You'll Do • Build, maintain, and document CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Provision and manage infrastructure as code using CloudFormation and Terraform • Manage and optimize AWS environments including ECS, S3, Lambda, and RDS • Support and maintain Docker containers and debug containerized workloads • Help define and build a modern data science and development environment using tools like SageMaker, DataZone, and Athena • Support Linux-based systems and contribute to DevOps best practices across the team What You Need • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline engineering • Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools including CloudFormation and Terraform • Strong AWS experience across core services including ECS, S3, Lambda, and RDS • Experience with Docker and containerized environments • Authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree Nice to Have • Familiarity with data science platforms such as SageMaker, DataZone, or Athena • Linux system administration and support experience Annual stipend, comprehensive benefits package, company match 401(k) plan, flexible PTO, paid holidays
