Champions Group is looking for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing digital marketing function. In this role, you’ll administer key digital marketing platforms, lead AI-powered speed-to-lead integrations across digital channels and contribute to performance optimization efforts that improve lead quality, response speed, and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities :
AI Integrations
Serve as the digital marketing SME for AI integrations, maintaining a deep understanding of performance trends, benchmarks, and business impact across platforms
Configure and launch AI speed-to-lead integrations with relevant digital marketing platforms (LSA, Yelp, HomeAdvisor, etc.)
Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper setup prior to go-live
Partner with divisional marketing leads to build and launch SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring proper configuration, performance analysis, and ongoing recommendations
Collaborate with vendor contacts to resolve issues and implement campaign enhancements
LSA Reporting & Optimization
Partner directly with Google LSA representatives to analyze performance trends, troubleshoot account issues, influence ranking factors, and execute optimization strategies that maximize qualified lead generation and market competitiveness.
Report on key LSA performance metrics including call answer rates, message response rates, and lead volume
Audit speed-to-lead integrations regularly to ensure proper connectivity and remediate issues as they arise
Train call center teams on responding to LSA message leads and proper lead grading
Maintain a deep understanding of market-level LSA competition, identifying emerging trends, competitive threats, and optimization opportunities to maximize ad prominence and qualified lead generation.
Digital Administration
Administer and maintain secure access to all digital platforms
Support the onboarding and verification of new marketing accounts, including Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), and Google Business Profiles (GBP). Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required legal documentation and serve as the primary liaison with Google throughout the verification process.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of digital marketing experience
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and follow-through
Strong communicator with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization
Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with reporting experience
Ability to understand the broader digital marketing ecosystem — recognizing how individual components affect performance both within and outside their direct scope, and escalating to the appropriate stakeholders when needed
Experience with Google Ads, Google LSA, Google Analytics, and AI speed-to-lead platforms a plus
Ability to access digital marketing platforms and analytics dashboards, extract relevant data, and interpret key performance metrics
