What do you need to do?
Programmatic Campaign Trading & Optimization
• Independently set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns across platforms like Display & Video 360 (DV360).
• Proactively monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement adjustments to maximize KPIs and client goals.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to derive actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing media buys.
• Implement audience targeting strategies, bidding optimizations, and creative rotations to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign setup, ad serving, and tracking.
Client Communication & Reporting
• Collaborate with Customer Success & Client-facing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective programmatic strategies.
• Generate and present comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss campaign performance and strategy, acting as a programmatic subject matter expert.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
• Prioritise adherence to established workflows and quality standards for all campaign operations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Solutions) to ensure seamless execution and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless tracking of digital campaigns.
• Create and maintain essential documentation for product updates, roadmaps, and best practices.
Project Contribution
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and internal initiatives, contributing to the growth and innovation of FiveStones.
What do you need to have?
Experience: 0–2 years in digital marketing, ad tech, analytics, or related fields.
Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a similar trading role. Strong track record of successfully managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns to deliver against performance targets.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
Language: Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must, Cantonese is a plus), both written and spoken.
