Description
The Director of Corporate Partnerships will own and build Sollis Health’s B2B revenue channel. This role will start as a team of one, with full responsibility for developing pipeline, structuring partnerships, and closing new B2B relationships across two core areas: Employer Benefits and Corporate & Brand Partnerships.
This is a highly autonomous, builder-oriented role for a commercial leader who is comfortable operating end-to-end: from prospecting and deal design through close and early partner activation. As the channel grows, this role will have the opportunity to grow and lead a broader B2B team.

B2B Channel Ownership & Revenue Growth
Own the full B2B revenue growth:
Employer Benefits – partnering with companies to offer Sollis as a paid or subsidized employee health benefit
Corporate & Brand Partnerships – partnering with consumer-facing brands such as, financial services, real estate, health and wellness, hospital and social clubs, to offer Sollis memberships to their customer base through opt-in or co-marketed programs
Build, manage, and close a national pipeline of B2B opportunities
Develop tailored partnership structures aligned to partner needs and Sollis’ unit economics
Drive new logo acquisition while laying the groundwork for repeatable, scalable growth
Pipeline Development & Deal Execution
Prospect and engage senior stakeholders across HR, Benefits, Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Development
Lead contract negotiation and close complex B2B agreements
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting within Salesforce
Track performance against revenue targets and leading indicators
Strategy & Program Development
Define and refine B2B partnership offerings, pricing structures, and go-to-market approaches
Identify priority verticals, target partner profiles, and regional opportunities
Partner with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives, events, and partner enablement materials
Requirements:
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience
5+ experience in National Partnerships and or Enterprise sales in healthcare-related commercial roles
Proven track record of building and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience operating independently in early-stage or build-phase roles
Experience developing and operationalizing high-level channel strategies
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills
High proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven pipeline management
Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills

Comp & Benefits:
Base is $160,000-$190,000 + Bonus + Equity (OTE close to $225,000 - uncapped)
