What You’ll Do The Job:  Director, Data Architecture & Information Management As the  Director, Data Architecture & Information Management , you will serve as the organization’s designated authority and strategic leader for enterprise data architecture. Working across major business and technology initiatives, you will influence key decisions and lead the evolution of the enterprise data systems architecture, enterprise data model, and Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities. This leadership role is accountable for setting the strategic direction for data and establishing the standards, patterns, information models, and architecture review processes that govern how data is designed, integrated, and managed across the enterprise. Through this work, you will enable trusted, scalable, and reusable information assets that support business operations, analytics, digital initiatives, and AI capabilities. What You’ll Do Provide architectural leadership and design oversight across major projects, programs, and technology initiatives that impact enterprise data. Partner with business and technology leaders to define future-state data capabilities and architecture roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities. Define and lead the organization’s Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, architecture, and roadmap, beginning with customer data and expanding across additional domains. Own and evolve the enterprise canonical data model and business information architecture to improve consistency, interoperability, reuse, and scalability. Establish and govern enterprise data architecture standards, design patterns, information models, reference architectures, and architecture review processes. Lead enterprise data modeling, metadata architecture, information lifecycle management, and related architectural practices.
