We love what we do, and we support the team around us.  We’re looking for a Director Engineering, Shared Services to lead the foundational teams that enable our product organization to build, ship, and operate high-quality enterprise software at scale. This role will bring together Infrastructure, DevOps, and Quality Assurance into a unified shared services organization focused on reliability, scalability, operational excellence, delivery efficiency, and product quality. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in complex, customer-facing enterprise SaaS environments and brings strong systems thinking. You’ll strengthen operating models, improve cross-functional collaboration, elevate developer experience and quality practices, and help create a durable foundation for future growth as we scale to serve global airline customers.
