Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Role Context The Director - Food and Beverage Operations provides senior leadership across one of Dubai 's most diverse luxury dining environments. Working closely with the Vice President, Food and Beverage, the role combines operational control, commercial strategy, guest experience and concept innovation across multiple high-profile venues. Strong leadership is essential to ensuring each outlet delivers distinctive service and dining experiences while meeting demanding revenue, profitability and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities * Support the Vice President, Food and Beverage in shaping and executing the overall dining strategy across Atlantis Dubai. * Lead operational performance across a broad portfolio of restaurants, bars, lounges and destination dining concepts. * Maintain consistent luxury service standards across multiple Food and Beverage outlets. * Drive revenue growth while protecting profitability and long-term commercial sustainability. * Monitor P and L performance and identify opportunities to improve margins and operating efficiency. * Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for assigned Food and Beverage operations. * Review outlet performance and implement corrective action where financial or operational results fall below expectations. * Partner with Finance teams to maintain accurate performance visibility and strengthen commercial decision-making. * Evaluate guest satisfaction data and dining trends to identify opportunities for service improvement. * Develop strategies that increase guest engagement, repeat visitation and overall dining spend. * Maintain strong operational focus across high-volume and high-profile restaurant environments. * Lead the development, repositioning and enhancement of restaurant concepts. * Support new outlet openings from concept development through operational launch. * Ensure new concepts are commercially viable while remaining consistent with luxury positioning. * Collaborate with celebrity chefs, restaurant partners and external stakeholders where applicable. * Maintain effective relationships with Michelin-recognized venues and destination dining partners. * Review restaurant operating models and introduce improvements that strengthen efficiency and guest experience. * Encourage innovation across menus, service models, dining experiences and operational processes. * Work closely with Culinary leadership to ensure strong alignment between kitchen and front-of-house operations. * Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial teams on promotions, events and revenue-generating initiatives. * Lead major seasonal dining programs and high-profile Food and Beverage activations. * Establish clear performance expectations for outlet leaders and senior managers. * Coach and develop future Food and Beverage leaders through structured development and succession planning. * Build high-performing teams across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. * Promote strong colleague engagement and accountability throughout the operation. * Identify talent gaps and support recruitment for critical leadership positions. * Strengthen leadership capability across Restaurant Managers and senior Food and Beverage teams. * Ensure operational decisions balance guest experience, service quality and financial performance. * Maintain close awareness of luxury hospitality and international dining trends. * Benchmark Atlantis dining experiences against leading global restaurant and resort operations. * Present operational and commercial performance updates to senior leadership. * Manage complex stakeholder relationships across resort departments and external partners. * Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen consistency, productivity and service delivery. * Champion an operating culture focused on innovation, attention to detail and memorable guest experiences. Ideal Profile * Current or recent experience as a Director of Food and Beverage within a luxury hotel, resort or integrated resort. * Proven leadership of large-scale multi-outlet Food and Beverage operations. * Experience with destination restaurants, Michelin-recognized venues, celebrity chef concepts or lifestyle hospitality brands. * Strong understanding of luxury dining and premium guest service expectations. * Demonstrated commercial leadership with responsibility for budgets, forecasting and P and L performance. * Proven record of increasing revenue and profitability across complex dining operations. * Experience opening, repositioning or transforming restaurant concepts. * Strong understanding of restaurant operating models and financial performance drivers. * Ability to lead large and culturally diverse teams across multiple outlets. * Experience developing senior Food and Beverage managers and future leaders. * Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners. * Excellent executive communication and presentation capability. * Strong strategic thinking combined with practical operational leadership. * Ability to manage multiple high-profile priorities within a fast-moving resort environment. * Bachelor 's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
