The Director, Investment Banking serve as the senior execution professional, owning the analytical, documentation and process backbone of the department’s investment execution — from origination support and opportunity evaluation, through Investment Memorandum preparation and transaction execution. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Produce all deals committee, investment committee and fund approval memos, supported with appropriate analytical excel and return models, as instructed or agreed with VP. • Liaise with internal teams and external counsel and counterparts to manage the full deal timeline and provide regular updates to the Group Head. • Create an organized deal flow and pipeline infrastructure and contribute to the strategic discussions. • Assume full responsibility for the execution of all transactions and ensure smooth transfer of the deal knowledge and executed deal structure to the Fund Management team. Key Qualifications & Experience : • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field • Minimum 10 years’ experience at a Senior level within the Financial Services Sector • Advanced knowledge of financial statements analysis, investment banking valuation methodologies and financial modelling • Demonstrate ability to understand and analyse, and clearly communicate complex Financial and Investment Banking concepts • Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite programs, specialist knowledge of Excel required • Ability to work in a fast pace constantly changing priority driven environment • Must adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and maintain strict confidentiality Competitive compensation package will commensurate with relevant experience and qualification.  RF Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Limited appreciates your interest.
