Salary Range: $160,000 USD - $175,000 USD Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Job Description: We are seeking a highly strategic, data-driven, and growth-oriented marketing leader to serve as   Director, North America Wealth & Individual Investor Marketing .   This leader   will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement across the   U.S.   intermediary and retail channels   –   including   RIAs, broker-dealers   and bank advisors. The Director   will lead the development and execution of marketing programs designed to drive   awareness, engagement ,   influence business priorities,   lead generation, and business growth across the wealth management and individual investor segments. Partnering c losely with the sales , strategic accounts   and   product marketing teams   to deliver initiatives that bring our firm’s   highest-   investment solutions to   U.S.   advisors and investors.   This leader has the skillset to   launch and sustain product s , including   separately managed accounts ,   direct indexing ,   ETFs ,   model strategies , private markets   and   mutual   fund offerings . From early planning through long-term engagement,   this role will   guide products through the full lifecycle and develop campaigns   that resonate with both advisors and end investors. This is an opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate   will bring a proven track record of building and optimizing sophisticated marketing programs that influence advisor and investor behaviors while delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Growth Marketing Strategy • Lead the   U.S.   Advisor & Intermediary Solutions   (AIS)   marketing strategy   in alignment with   retail sales objectives, growth priorities and   strategic accounts   initiatives. • Develop integrated ,   multi-channel marketing programs   for wealth management and individual investor audiences ,   including digital, email, webinars, advertising and social media ,   to elevate Russell Investments’ brand and   deepen   engagement   with advisors ,   intermediary partners   and investors . • Support the positioning and commercialization of new and existing investment solutions, from launch planning through ongoing campaigns and long-term engagement. Business Partnership & Commercial Enablement • Serve   as a strategic marketing partner to   D istribution leadership ,   S trategic   A ccounts ,   S ales   and Product Marketing   to   shape go-to-market priorities ,   advisor engagement   plans   and intermediary par tner initiatives. • Support a sales-driven culture by developing marketing strategies   and   messaging   that help advisors   engage more effectivel y with Russell Investments’ solutions and support business growth. • Partner closely with wholesaling teams to execute timely, effective initiatives that support advisor engagement, adoption and sales outcomes. Campaign Leadership & Operational Excellence • Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns supporting product launches, thought leadership, advisor engagement, and brand-building initiatives across   the   U.S.   advisor market. • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination to ensure high-quality, on-brand delivery. • Collaborate   across teams to drive operational efficiency and scalable marketing processes while   remaining   closely involved   in day-to-day execution and delivery. • Ensure consistent application of brand, messaging, and audience insights across all programs. Lead Team Development and Cross-Functional Collaboration • Foster a high-performance team culture focused on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Partner with internal stakeholders   –   including Sales,   Strategic Accounts,   Product Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Digital, and Corporate Communications   –   to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment across initiatives. • Partner   closely with our Mumbai-based   Global M arketing   Operations   team, who serve as an extension of our   global   offices, to enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution excellence. • Provide strategic direction to dedicated marketing operations resources supporting campaign execution, content creation, and digital experiences. • Work closely with the Communications team to identify opportunities to amplify campaigns and thought leadership through earned media channels. • Support the development of integrated communications strategies that increase visibility, credibility, and market influence among advisors and investors. Performance Measurement & Insights • Develop KPIs and performance measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness, advisor engagement, and business impact. • Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to optimize marketing performance and inform strategic decision-making. • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and business leaders. Qualifications and Required Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field. • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience within asset management or financial services, ideally focused on intermediary and advisor marketing. • Experience in marketing a range of investment products, including ETFs, SMAs, model strategies, mutual funds and private   markets • Demonstrated success leading paid media and digital demand generation programs at scale. • Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and commercialization initiatives for investment products and   business   solutions. • Strong understanding of intermediary distribution channels, including broker-dealers, banks, wirehouses   and   RIA segments . • Experience operating effectively in a hands-on, collaborative environment with the ability to balance strategic leadership and execution responsibilities. • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships across sales, product, compliance, and executive leadership teams. • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed global organization. • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to drive marketing effectiveness and business outcomes. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Seismic, Workfront or other marketing automation and CRM tools. • Exceptional communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. • A strategic, proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable business impact.
